VOLUNTEER

ACTIVE  OLDER ADULTS

The Y supports active older adults while providing programs that give an extra edge to good health. The Y offers a variety of opportunities and activities including exercise, wellness programs, community service, day trips, meals, health fairs, screenings and special interest classes. 

CHILD WATCH 
The Midtown YMCA offers free drop-in child care for up to two hours while you make use of the Y. Parents must remain on Y property while children are in Child Watch.
