LIVESTRONG® at the YMCA
This free, 12-week small group program was developed and established in partnership with the LIVESTRONG® Foundation. The program assists those who are living with, through or beyond cancer to strengthen their spirit, mind and body. Our program is about saying goodbye to being a patient and saying hello to being a healthy, whole person again. The small group, physical activity program uses a private, non-intimidating circuit style that helps participants build strength, increase endurance, increase flexibility, reduce side effects of treatment, improve energy levels and self-esteem and improve overall quality of life.
