Find your Crew! Get fit and join a new community. This six-week, High Intensity Interval Training style program will get you moving, help you achieve results and surround you with a new crew. FitCrew YMCA is designed to help you reach your personal goals, whether it’s to lose weight, gain strength or improve your overall health. This results-driven program is powered by you and the support of your crew. All fitness levels welcome, modifications available when needed.

Group Exercise
We offer 25 group exercise classes weekly, from early morning to evening classes. These classes range from strength and cardio conditioning to senior fitness. Check out the class schedule.

Personal Training
At the Y, we want you to strive for progress, not perfection. We offer personal training that fits your schedule and your fitness level. Our certified trainers will work with you to help you reach your goals and share in you victories along the way. Visit our branch to learn more about our trainers and to get started. 

Child Watch
We offer free drop in childcare, for up to two-hours, while you make use of the Y. Parents and guardians must remain on Y property while children are in Child Watch.
