Availability: 1st and 3rd Saturdays of the month, 12-2 p.m.

Cost: $200 Members | $200 Non-Members

What’s Included: One hour to swim | One hour in the party room | Tables & Chairs

Additional information: May set up 30 minutes prior to the party.

Rules & Restrictions

     YMCA pool rules apply.

     The pool time is not during open swim. Members will not be in the pool during the reservation.

     Must clean up following the party.

     Must bring your own food and drink.

Birthday Party Room
Availability: Saturday, 11 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. | Sunday, 1:15 p.m.

Cost: $150 Member | $200 Non-Member

What’s Included: One hour in pool | One hour in party room | Six tables with chairs | Two 6-ft tables for food

Deposit: $100.00 (due at time of sign-up) is required to hold rental date. Reservations are on a first come, first serve basis. Deposit will be used toward party.

Additional Information: Party room holds 50 people. Party includes 15 children. $5.00 per additional child. Each party may only have 20 children MAX. This Party takes place at Open Swim time. There will be Members swimming too.

Community Room

Cost: $50/hour – Half room | $100/hour – Full room

  1. Friday 6 – 8 p.m.   (Swim/gym time 7:15 to 8:15 p.m.)
  2. Saturday 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. (Swim/Gym time is 12-1:00 pm)
  3. Saturday 2 – 4 p.m. (Swim/Gym time is 3 – 4 p.m.)
  4. Sunday 2 – 4 p.m. (Swim/Gym time is 3 – 4 p.m.)

 

Pricing: $240 per reservation.

Book in Advance: We plan ahead! Our bookings open for a 3-month window, ensuring you secure the perfect date for your celebration.

Party Duration: Get ready for 2 hours of non-stop fun! The first hour is all about laughter and mingling in our Community Room. The second hour is a splash or a dash of excitement in our pool or gym.

Inclusions: Your booking includes the complete package – a well-equipped room with tables and chairs, an exclusive space for up to 15 young partygoers, and a dedicated party monitor. Our monitor will keep things on track and ensure seamless transitions for the ultimate celebration experience. 

Extra Guests: We love a full house! But if your guest list exceeds 15 children participants, it’s a small $5.00 additional charge per child.  Should you have extra guests, worry not! Any additional charges will be processed the Monday after the party, with advanced notification of the amount. If you plan to have more than 25 guests, please provide advanced notification. Without an advanced notification, all swimmers are not guaranteed due to swim ratio.

Arrival Time: Early birds, rejoice! You can arrive 30 minutes before your party starts to set up and add your personal touch to the decorations.

Refreshments: Bring on the treats! You’re welcome to bring in delicious food and drinks to satisfy your guests’ appetites. Remember, though, that our community room is the designated dining area – no alcohol allowed.

Additional Information: All parties held after hours will be charged an additional fee of $100 per hour.

Must visit the branch to book a party. Once the information sheet has been filled out, a director will contact you to confirm final booking.

Renter may set up 30 minutes prior to the party and remain up to 30 minutes following the party to clean up.

Rental agreement is required.

PARTY COORDINATOR

Your assigned Party Coordinator will set up & clean up the room for you. They will be available to answer your questions and provide assistance during your party.

ENTERTAINMENT

Although games, entertainment and music are not provided, you may make your own arrangements. Please notify the Party Coordinator prior to your reservation.

SWIM TIME

Swim time begins at scheduled start time of party. Please inform guests to come to the party prepared to swim. You will need to read, understand and sign the pool rule form prior to the party.

RESERVATION INFORMATION

Each reservation includes 2 hour time-slots. The first hour will be in the pool and the second hour will be in the party room. You may arrive up to 15 min prior to your reservation time. Full payment is expected at time of your reservation.

DECORATIONS

Please let us know prior to the party if you plan to bring your own decorations. Pricing will remain the same.

PARTY FAVORS

A birthday t-shirt is included in your party package. Please indicate which size you need on the reservation form. You may bring additional favors.

FOOD & DRINK

Food and beverages are not included but you are allowed to bring them.Please keep food and beverages inside the party room. We can provide ice at no charge! Please notify the Party Coordinator prior to your reservation.

Nestled on 2,400 acres in the Arbuckle Mountains, YMCA Camp Classen provides the perfect setting for your family to escape and enjoy waterfalls, hiking, our fossil pit, wildlife and so much more. 

Our cozy, bunk style cabins are equipped with central heat and air and include a half bath and can sleep up to 12 people. The long house style cabins sleep up to 20. Guests will need to bring their own bedding and toiletries.

Rules for all rentals

  • All parties require a two-week notice. No double booking of parties.
  • Full payment must be received one week prior to the reservation date. Full payment is due at time of booking for the Mitch Park and Guthrie locations.
  • All rentals involving youth must have one adult, 21 years or older, for every 10 kids through age 17.
  • YMCA facilities are to be used by the group renting the area and will not be open to the general public.
  • Food and drinks are permitted only in the Multi-Purpose/Community Room. Alcohol, tobacco, firearms and drugs are not permitted on the YMCA premises, including the parking lot.
  • Offices, storage areas, fitness center and free-weight room, preschool toys and equipment, and the front desk are restricted.
  • A $100 cleaning deposit is charged in addition to the rental fee. Two separate checks are required. If the room is left clean, the deposit will be returned by mail.
  • The YMCA staff reserves the right to dismiss any participant from the building or grounds for abuse of privileges.
  • Supervision of the parking lot is also the responsibility of the applicant.
  • Non-profit organizations are permitted a 30% reduced rate.
  • Cancellations will be mailed and may take 10 days to two weeks to process. A cancellation fee of $25 will be charged for all cancellations.
  • Refunds will not be given for “no shows” on the day of the agreed rental date.
  • Proof of liability insurance for organizations must be submitted at the time of rental.
  • All non-YMCA members attending rental events are required to sign a Hold Harmless Agreement. A parent’s signature is required if the participant is under 18 years of age.
