2023 Senior Games Details

Beginning June 17 through August 12, unleash your competitive side this summer during the 2023 Metro Senior Games! For those 50 and older, get ready to go head to head to take home the gold in a variety of competitions hosted by the YMCA of Greater Oklahoma City and OKC Parks.


Competitions are free and open to the public.

June 17: Swim Meet

  • Dive into the games with the Swim Meet at Mitch Park YMCA!

July 8: Fitness Competition

  • Showcase your strength during the Fitness Competition at the Earlywine Park YMCA!

July 8: Weightlifting Competition

  • Lift your way to gold in the Weightlifting Competition at the Earlywine Park YMCA!

July 29: Table Tennis 

  • Game on! Bring your A game for the Table Tennis Tournament at Rockwell Plaza! 

July 29: Racquetball Tournament

  • Grab your racquet and swing your way to the top for the Racquetball Tournament at the Northside YMCA!

August 5: Volleyball Tournament

  • Ready. Set. SPIKE! Gear up for the Volleyball Tournament at the Rankin YMCA!

July 14-15: Pickleball Tournament

  • Join the Metro Senior Games Pickleball Tournament at Woodson Gym!

July 22: Corn Hole

  • Join the Metro Senior Games Corn Hole Tournament at Woodson Gym!

August 5: 8 Ball Pool

  •  Join the Metro Senior Games 8 ball Pool Tournament at Pete White Health and Wellness Center!

August 12: 3v3 Basketball (Half-Court) 

  •  Join the Metro Senior Games 3v3 Half-Court Basketball Tournament at Woodson Gym!

*League operator reserves the right to change dates and location of games. All games cancelled during the regular season due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances, will be made up during the season. However, if needed, we can change the park site, day or time in order to make up all games.*
