Charles’ focus is on empowering passionate difference makers to lead courageous, authentic lives so that they can find and fulfill their purpose. Whether that’s the purpose of a lifetime, or the purpose for this time in life. Since 2014, he has helped servant leaders, creative professionals, social entrepreneurs, and others lead, create, and innovate on purpose. One of his greatest gifts is nurturing and developing potential. But it wasn’t always that way. A life of addiction almost cost him everything he loves.
