Parents’ Day Out
This program, designed for kids ages 3 to 5 years, offers parents a safe place for their child to learn values and positive behaviors and explore their unique talents and interests. We provide quality care based on our four core values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility. The program is offered Tues., Wed. and Thurs. from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Register your child.

Before & After School Care
The Y is the area’s largest provider of school-age children. Our program provides care before and after school for kids ages 5 to 12 years old. Kids are given the opportunity to express their individual talents in a safe and well supervised atmosphere. The entire experience is built around activities that challenge kids to accept and demonstrate the Y’s values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility.

LIVESTRONG® at the YMCA
This free, 12-week small group program was developed and established in partnership with the LIVESTRONG® Foundation. The program assists those who are living with, through or beyond cancer to strengthen their spirit, mind and body. Our program is about saying goodbye to being a patient and saying hello to being a healthy, whole person again. The small group, physical activity program uses a private, non-intimidating circuit style that helps participants build strength, increase endurance, increase flexibility, reduce side effects of treatment, improve energy levels and self-esteem and improve overall quality of life. Moore High Schools Special Ed Program
We partner with all three Moore High Schools, opening our facility to their special education classes. Students visit the Y once a month to experience the gym, pool and group exercise classes.

Tae Kwon Do
This program offers participants the opportunity to learn self-discipline, self-confidence, self-defense and how to respect yourself and others. Class Schedule.
