SilverSneakers
Our SilverSneakers is more than just a class, it’s a family. Classes are filled with friendships, laughs and exercises. SilverSneakers is designed for older adults to have fun while moving to the music ultimately helping increase muscular strength and range of movement. Light weights and tubing are used, and chairs are available for needed support.
Aquatics
Join us for open swim and lap swim every day at a variety of times for you and your family to enjoy. Swim lessons, for all ages, and swim team are offered year-round. Water aerobics and birthday parties are also available.
From Monday, June 3 to Saturday, Aug. 10, 2024, the Stillwater YMCA will be available to Stillwater community members for $5/day, Monday-Friday, 1-5 p.m. and Saturday, 1-4 p.m while the City's pool in Couch Park undergoes extensive repairs.
For the Kids
We offer Child Watch, childcare for up to two hours while you work out, for Household members. Day pass holders are able to use Child Watch if space is available. Year-round sports, School’s Out Vacation Care and Summer Day Camp are also available at the Stillwater Y.
