At the Y, we want you to strive for progress, not perfection. We’re making it easier and more affordable for you to try personal training at the Y.
Our certified trainers will build a relationship with you and help you reach your goals. Their passion will show as they cheer you on with every success and share their tips to help you gain the healthy lifestyle you are seeking.
The Y offers two ways to sign up for personal training. Enjoy the flexibility of single sessions or commit to a personalized monthly training program and save 10% on each session. Payment for the reoccurring commitment plan will be auto drafted at the start of every month. Sessions expire at the end of each purchasing month and unused sessions cannot be rolled over. You may cancel your monthly commitment at any time. We ask that you cancel at least 7 days prior to the next draft date to avoid being charged. Drafts are taken on the first of each month.
Single sessions with no commitment.
Sessions are 60 minutes for $50 or 30 minutes for $30.
Commit to a set amount of sessions each month. You can always add more sessions and receive the same discounted rate.
Sessions are 60 minutes for $45 or 30 minutes for $27.
