ONE-ON-ONE TRAINING FOR EXCEPTIONAL RESULTS.
A one-on-one experience tailored to your specific goals, needs, and fitness level. No matter what your health goals are, private sessions provide focused attention and expert guidance to achieve your best results.
The Y offers two ways to sign up for private sessions. Enjoy the flexibility of single sessions or commit to a personalized monthly training program and save 10% on each session.*
MONTHLY COMMITMENT
Commit to a set number of sessions each month. You can add more sessions at the same discounted rate at any time.*
*Payment for the reoccurring commitment plan will auto-draft at the start of every month. Sessions expire at the end of each purchasing month and unused sessions cannot be rolled over. You may cancel your monthly commitment at any time. We ask that you cancel at least 7 days prior to the next draft date to avoid being charged. Drafts are taken on the first of each month.
