In the brand-new Y Performance Center at Mitch Park, get one-on-one assistance, join a small group, or train at your own pace. This facility contains all the elements needed to bring an elite workout experience to anyone regardless of their fitness level.

Small group personal training. This premier program with 3 classes a week of variable-intensity interval training (VIIT) program is led by a certified personal trainer. Participants will get a complete workout by rotating through high-, medium- and low-intensity phases each class. Whether their goal is to lose a few pounds or improve posture and balance, there’s a place for everyone in FitCrew.

Our nationally certified trainers will work with you to schedule sessions when it’s convenient for you whether it’s just a single session or a monthly commitment, there is a plan for everyone to meet their fitness goals.

Up your workout game with this new functional training system on the STAGE. Participants can join a 60 minute or 45 minute class, or do the Workout of the Day at their own pace. A free 30 minute training class with a personal trainer is required prior to working out on your own. Pre registration for classes is required.
