February is American Heart Month, an opportunity for people across the country to learn about heart-healthy habits and make life-changing decisions for their overall wellbeing.
Heart health isn’t just key for adults, either. Children will learn habits and behaviors now that will set them up for success (or failure) down the road, so it’s important that parents lead by example.
Below are tips for the whole family to become heart healthy this February.
