OF STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
This program helps young athletes learn the fundamentals of strength and conditioning for their sports seasons.
WORK WITH TRAINERS
1 HOUR SESSIONS, 2X PER WEEK
For 1 hour, 2x a week, our expert trainers will work with the programs’ athletes to teach foundational moves that will be beneficial for their specific sports and overall athletic performance.
IMPROVE PERFORMANCE
AND LEARN THE BEST WAY TO
PREVENT INJURIES
Participants will learn moves and proper exercise techniques that can improve performance and prevent injuries during the sports season.
