Year-Round Care is a hassle-free, budget-friendly child care option that supports your family’s needs all year long!
Year-round begins on the first day of school and concludes on the last day of Summer Day Camp, providing continuous coverage for all 52 weeks.
The rate remains consistent throughout the year, making budgeting easier for families and offering significant cost savings. In addition, this plan includes two “vacation weeks”—one during the school year and another during the summer—giving you the flexibility to plan your family’s time off.
If you know your child will not be attending for a specific week, you won’t be charged for that week as long as you provide a two-week written notice to the Youth & Family Director. This two-week notice is required for scheduling vacation weeks.
