Parents’ Night Out
Parents, looking for a date night or do you just need to relax in a kid free zone? Bring your kids to our Parents’ Night Out where we provide a night full of STEM activities, crafts and games while you enjoy some time to yourself.
Pizza and snacks will be provided. Children unable to eat pizza will need to bring their own meal.
Each child is required to stay with their assigned age group. Ages 6 weeks to 12 years old.
Safety Around Water
71% of the world is water…children are 100% curious
Teaching children how to be safe around water is a necessity. Through our Safety Around Water program, we are help to ensure kids learn essential water safety skills, which allows them to safely satisfy their curiosity.
We partner with local school systems to provide this program, at no cost to the families, to second grade students. During the program, kids learn a sequenced set of skills to help reduce the risk of drowning and to give kids confidence in and around water.
After School Program
The Y is the area’s largest provider of school-age children. Our program provides care after school for kids ages 5 to 12 years old. Kids are given the opportunity to express their individual talents in a safe and well supervised atmosphere. The entire experience is built around activities that challenge kids to accept and demonstrate the Y’s values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility.
Summer Day Camp
The Y’s Summer Day Camp is held Monday through Friday and provides kids ages 5-12 years old supervised activities that foster youth development. We focus on honesty, caring, respect and responsibility in all of our fun-filled activities. We allow for physical involvement, social interaction, educational opportunities, leadership building, personal growth and creativity in everything we do. The Y’s core values are emphasized throughout activities, conversations and ceremonies.
Before and After Camp Care is offered beginning at 7 a.m. each morning and until 6 p.m. each evening at no additional cost.
