At the Y, we want you to strive for progress, not perfection. We’re making it easier and more affordable for you to try personal training at the Y.
Our certified trainers will build a relationship with you to help you reach your goals, cheer you on and share tips to help you gain the healthy lifestyle.
Our YMCAs offer a wide variety of classes for all fitness levels! From yoga to cardio, our classes and instructors are here to help you reach your goals.
MOSSA’s proprietary M4 Programming, which includes Movement, Music, Motivation, and Metrics, is here to help you take your first steps, keep you inspired for the long-term, and even give you a competitive edge. We hope, with our unique and unparalleled programs, you will find the right exercise for you.
Expect more from your workout. When you add the Y Performance Center to your membership, you can receive one-on-one guidance when you sign up for personal training, join a small group training class or train at your own pace. This space provides all the tools you need to level up your fitness game.
Your health is our priority. We’re here to empower you on your wellness journey with programs and services designed to support your mind and body.
We empower individuals, families, and the community to embrace healthy living by fostering well-being, minimizing the risk of chronic diseases, and helping people reclaim their health.
Cancer survivors participate in a no-cost, 12-week customized exercise regimen catered to their individual needs from certified instructors. These instructors are trained in cancer survivorship, post-rehabilitation exercise and supportive cancer care. LIVESTRONG® at the YMCA helps connect survivors with others affected by cancer, helps survivors both physically and mentally and helps increase their quality of life.
Our mission is to put Christian principles into practice through programs that build healthy spirit, mind and body for all.
