eGym
The eGym equipment offers rep-by-rep guidance and automatically syncs with an app to track your progress and results. Members must complete a 30-minute orientation prior to use. During the orientation, members will receive a personalized identification band, learn how to operate the machines and be taught how to navigate the equipment. This is also when members will complete an initial strength test and seat adjustments will be made, so the machine will know your settings. Orientations can be scheduled at the front desk.

Swim Lessons and Pool
Swim lessons are available for all ages and all levels. Our instructors teach progressive, skills-based lessons. Water safety is our main focus, along with swim readiness, stroke development and establishing a lifelong, healthy approach to water, exercise and fun. Developmental swim leagues and various adaptive swim programs for kids with special needs are available.

Our pool is 25 yards in length, ranging from 3 to 9 feet deep. We offer four swim lanes, a handicap access lift chair and low rise set of stairs for ease of access.

Youth Sports
We offer year-round youth sports, where kids improve their skills, make new friends and learn sportsmanship. Our sports programs provide children with opportunities to learn specific skills in a supportive environment. They are conducted with an emphasis on positive personal growth and we balance the development of physical skills with other important aspects of sports including leadership, teamwork and cooperation.

Before & After School Care
The Y is the area’s largest provider of school-age children. Our program provides care before and after school for kids ages 5 to 12 years old. Kids are given the opportunity to express their individual talents in a safe and well supervised atmosphere. The entire experience is built around activities that challenge kids to accept and demonstrate the Y’s values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility.

Child Watch
We offer free drop in childcare, for up to two-hours, while you make use of the Y. Parents and guardians must remain on Y property while children are in Child Watch. Care is available Monday through Saturday, 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. and Monday through Thursday 5 to 8 p.m.
