The Here for All. Here for Good. Capital Campaign is our largest capital effort to date with the launch of the Camp Classen 20-year Master Plan and the replacement of three legacy YMCA facilities located in The Village, Edmond and Stillwater. The total cost for all four projects totals $108 million. However, through innovative and long-standing community partnerships, our philanthropic goal, while still hefty, is only $26 million in private philanthropic dollars to achieve this once-in-a-generation vision.
Through the Here for All. Here for Good. Campaign, the Y will invest in people, especially young people, giving them access to programs and activities that help them grow stronger in spirit, mind and body. The Y is committed to being a catalyst for improving the quality of life for all in our community and addressing social determinants of health.

Located in the Arbuckles, Camp Classen sits on a beautiful 2,200 acres of hiking trails, lakes, waterfalls, and beautiful views. Every year, 6,000 kids and adults visit Camp to participate in a variety of programs that infuse the magic of camp with the beauty of nature. In order to continue our tradition of creating meaningful experiences, Camp is looking at a 20-year master plan, which will provide enhanced facilities, inclusive spaces for a variety of physical and mental health needs and, ever-important infrastructure upgrades.
Over the last five years, we have seen a significant increase in campers who have unique medical needs, including daily medications, mental health challenges, diabetes and other chronic conditions. This includes daily medications, mental health challenges, diabetes and other chronic conditions. The most immediate need is a new health center, which will allow for adequate lodging for on-site nurses, medication storage and quarantine spaces to accommodate the growing number of campers returning post-COVID.
As the Edmond area expands and grows, the central most part of the city has shifted east, creating a gap in the services offered to families and individuals in the area east of I-35. In partnership with the City of Edmond and the Metropolitan Library System, the Y will find a new home as neighbors to Henderson Hills Baptist Church and INTEGRIS, located at the corner of 15th Street and I-35. This innovative facility will house a full-service YMCA alongside a robust library, including shared spaces for programming. Construction began in August 2024 with an anticipated grand opening in early 2026.
Located in the seam of both the wealthiest and most underserved zip codes in our region, the North Side YMCA, originally established in the 1960s, is ready for an upgrade with expanded facilities and services in a world-class facility. The new location is set to be built just half a mile up the road from the North Side YMCA. This new facility will not only offer a beautiful new space for members to achieve their health goals, but it will also continue its role as a hub for the community. Some of the new community-focused features will include space for community partners to provide services and enhanced school-age and teen spaces for structured care and free time.
Since the 1950s, the Stillwater YMCA has been a staple of the community. In partnership with Oklahoma State University and Stillwater Medical Center, we’re bringing a full-service YMCA to the busiest part of town, removing barriers for families through childcare, ease of transportation and community investment from multiple private developers and public partnerships. The Stillwater YMCA is supported by incredible partners including Stillwater Public Schools, OSU, the City of Stillwater and Stillwater Medical Center.
Our mission is to put Christian principles into practice through programs that build healthy spirit, mind and body for all.
